Loupe is a cloud-based project and documentation system for you who work with the expansion of fiber networks. In Loupe, you enter all customer connections as work orders, book them in the calendar, and block them step by step from design and scheduling to installation and billing. Before each step, a responsible person is appointed: a projector, schlager, installer or other user who immediately receives the job in his assignment list.
Everyone works against the same database, instead of having the information scattered in different Excel files. Thanks to the right person always having the right information at the right time, you can shorten your lead times and constantly get an updated and accurate picture of how you are in your various subprojects.
A few seconds after the customer has approved the installation with his signature, the order appears on the “clear-to-invoice” report, which of course can also be automatically linked to your financial system.

After the painting, you document the work with pictures, and then show off in white exactly how and where the work was done. All without the glimpse of a single paper.

If you want reports in different formats, just a phone call is removed - we can customize an unlimited number of reports for you at no additional charge. When you opened a list of the work orders you are interested in, you can either download the list as an Excel file for further processing or ask us to post the report as a continuous integration with your financial system. Our goal is to be able to invoice as often and efficiently as possible!
